Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically take:

  • 3–7 business days for standard U.S. delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
MPLUXX is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MPLUXX is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier
    For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders & Custom Items

If an item is listed as pre-order or custom, the estimated shipping time will be noted in the product description.
Ordering pre-order and in-stock items together may result in the entire order shipping once all items are available.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for select countries. Delivery times and customs fees vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs or import fees.
