MPLUXX Local Pickup Policy

📍 Local Pickup Is Available

  • We offer local pickup for online orders placed through our MPLUXX boutique.

  • Pickup is only for local customers, not for shipping-only orders.


🕒 Pickup Hours

You can pick up your order during the following times:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

When you place your order, please allow us some time to process it. You’ll receive a notification (by email or SMS) when it's ready for pickup.


⏳ Order Pickup Deadline

  • Your order will be held for 5 days after it becomes ready for pickup.

  • If you do not pick up your order within 5 days, you will not receive a refund, instead:

    • We will issue store credit for the value of your order.

    • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.


✅ What to Bring When You Pick Up

To pick up your order, please bring:

  1. The order confirmation email (digital or printed).

  2. A valid photo ID matching the name on the order.

If someone else is picking up for you, just make sure you let us know in advance (via email or a note in your order) — we’ll ask them to show your order confirmation and ID when they come.
