Due to the custom, limited-edition nature of MPLUXX designs, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items once an order has been placed.

Defective/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@mpluxxboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Verified defective/incorrect items will be replaced or issued store credit at our discretion.

Final Sale Items

All items — including sweatsuits, sets, accessories, secret grab bags, and sale items — are final sale and not eligible for:

• Returns

• Refunds

• Exchanges

• Cancellations once the order is processed
